Ananth holds an MMS from K J Somaiya Institute, Mumbai batch of 1986 with specialization in Personnel Management. He has a total of 19 years of work experience and has held different industry positions as Head of HRD in companies like Exide Industries, Bata India and Xerox & has handled M&A, Strategy formulation, TQM implementation, Management Development, OD initiatives etc & worked initially with IndianOil and L&T in HRD function. His last assignment was with Syntel Inc. (4500 employees, NASDAQ listed, Troy MI headquartered), as Head - Global HR. Apart from conducting training programs for the companies worked for, Ananth has also conducted programs for ISTD, Calcutta Management Association, Chambers of Commerce, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., Infar, Dabur, Grieves, L&T, SAIL, Canara Bank etc as external trainer & Public Workshops in the area of Effective Recruitment skills. He has also Attended different programms like "Train the Trainer" at Canada, & ISABS labs (under leading facilitators like Udai Pareek, Rolph Lynton, Madhukar Shukla, Dipankar Roy etc.), Working Conference (the Tavistock model) under Gauranga Chattopadhyay, Zahid Gangjee, & Balanced Score Card implementation training by Krishna Palepu etc. He is also a Certified Job Evaluator from PwC.
Apart from offering programs to leading Indian organizations like TCS, UB Group, Eicher Motors, Sanmar Group, Capgemini, Lexmark, Nokia, Hewitt Outsourcing, Kuoni Travels, Axis Bank, Angel Broking, Bayer Crop Science, Crompton Greaves, Patni, Zenta, Enercon etc., I have also been conducting programs in other countries like France, UK, US, Belgium, Spain, Norway, Finland, UAE, Indonesia etc.
