Dr.Archana Singh has a graduate degree in engineering and a post graduate degree in management from the reputed Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and a Phd from Aligarh Muslim University.

A human resource management professional with over 20 years of experience, she brings the depth and range of comprehensive HR experience spanning organizations and across sectors of IT, ITES and Manufacturing and includes organizations like Hewlett Packard, ITC infotech, Tech Mahindra and Tata Motors.

In her role of L&D and Talent Management, she has imparted Management training to almost 3000 managers in HP in the areas of Managing change, Enhancing Managerial Skills, Managing Key Talent etc in the APAC region.

She is a voracious reader and her articles were published in many management journals, magazines and newspapers. She is also an accredited MBTI trainer and a behavioral analyst. She is deeply interested in philosophy and meditation and is a fitness freak.
