Prassanna is one of the 5 lady commanders the Indian Navy has ever produced - A dynamic professional with 14 years of rich experience in the Aviation Industry across Airport Management, Operations' Management, General Administration, Accident/Incident Free Air Traffic Control and Man Management.

During her tenure she had demonstrated excellence in handling aircraft accident/incident procedures & investigative techniques. A keen planner, strategist & implementer who had demonstrated ability in managing flight operations for accelerating the business growth.

Prasanna has a record of streamlining the working procedures for enhanced operational effectiveness. Excellent interpersonal, analytical & negotiation skills with proven track record of spearheading numerous cost innovation techniques during the career span.

She is an exemplary motivator and excellent in conducting behavioural program for children. She had conducted adventure and leadership camps for the children of sainik schools. She was a member of adventure cell of southern naval command. Participated in trekking camps, para sailing and mountaineering.

During her student days, she was a state level Table Tennis player and an NCC "C" certificate holder.
